Accidents happen - that’s why when you buy from us, we offer repairs and replacements, should you damage or break your sunglasses. Note that loss and theft do not qualify for the Do-over Warranty.

Any pair of full-price wood frames purchased from Beach King or an authorized retailer with proof of purchase qualifies for the first replacement, free of charge! Please note, a fee of $19 for shipping and handling will be required for all claims.

Don’t worry - Beach King has you covered for life! Whether this is your first free replacement or a discount on your used frames, we’ll get you back into your Beach King sunglasses by replacing or repairing them for a fee. Any damage done to the lenses or frame body is covered by your lifetime warranty, with pricing determined on a case-by-case basis. Don’t worry — you’ll never pay full price to get your wood frames fixed.

If the sunglasses were purchased directly through Beach King, feel free to contact us with the name and email of the person who gifted the frames and we’ll happily get your order information ASAP.

If the frame was purchased through an authorized retailer, you’ll need to track down the receipt and order information to contact us and make a claim.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen frames.

If you ever need to make a claim, you may do so through your Beach King customer account or by messaging us through the Contact Us page. When messaging, be sure to include your original order number or proof of purchase, a photo of the damage, shipping address, and phone number. Our team will work on getting your claim opened ASAP.

Processing time may take up to two weeks from the time the item is received. Once processed, as long as all information is provided and replacement inventory is available, we can have a brand new frame on your doorstep in 3-5 business days after processing.
