What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click 'Order History'.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and make a Do-over claim. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

What is your shipping policy during COVID-19?
Beach King is currently operating with our standard shipment processing times, but due to high order volumes and carrier delays, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed, left our facility, or is in possession of the carrier.
We offer complimentary shipping in the US on all orders of $50 or more. Orders placed Monday-Friday by 12pm PST are typically shipped the next day. If you would like to opt into FedEx 2-Day Shipping for delivery within 2 Business Days, please do so at checkout where an additional fee will be added to your purchase total.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States only but plan to expand into all of the Americas soon. To change regions, you will simply click on the region icon near the Cart on the top right corner of the website and select from the list of available shipping destinations. What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less a $19 restocking, no questions asked. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees.
Please include your order number and full return shipping address in your message to us, and we will issue a returns authorization and send you a prepaid shipping label for return shipment in the original Beach King packaging. Products purchased from one of our authorized resellers will follow the reseller’s returns policy. Beach King does not accept returns or exchanges of Beach King products purchased from other retailers.
What is the restocking fee for returns and repairs?
There is a $19 standard restocking (shipping and handling) fee assessed for all return and repair services. We're serious about our commitment to becoming the best company in the world while protecting the planet. This fee ensures that you have some skin in the game on non-carbon neutral requests too.
What is the Do-over Warranty?
If accidental breakage or damage occurs to your full-price wood frames, we provide a new complimentary replacement. Complete details about the warranty can be found here.
Account
You can create an account to track your orders and start a return process if you need to.
How do I reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Shopify that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

How do I clean my sunglasses?
You can use the included microfiber cloth carrying pouch to clean your sunglass lenses. Wipe the lenses gently in a unidirectional manner until all debris has been removed.
Can my sunglasses get wet?
Yes. Beach King wood frame sunglasses are lightly polished to provide protection from the elements. Your wood frames are their joints are water resistant.
Can I recycle my sunglasses?
Your sunglasses are made almost entirely out of 100% natural and biodegradable wood. However, sending used sunglasses to our in-house upcycling center will earn you 10% off your next order.
